Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP as well as hapless dad Henry. People often recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from upwards to the downwards. At the age of 1 and a half years old, my family and I came from the United States to America. If it wasn't for the hard work of my parents I might not have been here to share my life with you. To give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. I thought my life would be a certain way: graduate from college, get an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. My idea of success was to go to university, graduate and get a corporate job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and start a family. But life had different plans. The job I held in 2013 was one I had a fear of. Money and status didn't bring me happiness. I thought I wasted my existence to get a pay check. I had a passion for working out and I enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. My business was founded in 2014. It is my 7th anniversary this year. There are very few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. My goal is to be a change maker within the field to offer high-quality coaching that allows people to live a more healthy and happier individual by developing an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. Furthermore, I try to inspire others to pursue the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. While my professional life began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my entire life to datein the death of my mom. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over, and she lies in Heaven. She will forever be in my heart and brain. It is true that life has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to see the lesson at this moment. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I believe my mom offered me a second chance at life through her passing. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to move on to the next chapter of her life and my chance to live an authentic and satisfying life. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. The purpose of the story I am sharing is to let you know that you're not alone. I hope that you feel that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. My prayer is that you live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets since that's the only thing you can count on for the rest of our lives.
