Kristen Noel Kristy Swanson (born Kristen Noel Swanson) is an American actor, who gained notoriety in the role of Buffy Summers. Her other roles include: Rebecca Becky Granger, in the telefilm Nightingales as well as the short-lived NBC show of the same name; Erica Paget, as Early Edition on CBS and Marlowe Viccellio as Psych. A native of California she was attracted to acting as a young girl. She started her career in acting through a variety of commercials.
